Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the ChinaBot service (Telegram bot, website, and web dashboard), available, among other places, at cschinabot.com. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By accessing the Service, you agree to this document. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
ChinaBot provides informational tools for CS2 skin traders: signals, reports, filters, and related features to the extent available to your account. The Service is not a broker or an exchange and does not provide investment, brokerage, or other services subject to licensing, unless expressly provided otherwise for your jurisdiction.
2. Not Financial Advice
Signals, valuations, speculative indicators, and any other information in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. You make your own trading and financial decisions and bear full responsibility for them. Past and modeled data do not guarantee future results.
3. Account and Access
Some features require signing in via Telegram, Steam, or Discord. You agree not to share access with third parties and not to use the Service in ways that violate the platform rules of Valve and Telegram or applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
The following is prohibited:
- circumventing technical restrictions, hacking, or placing load on the infrastructure with the intent to take the Service down;
- using the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, or other unlawful purposes;
- automated collection of data from the Service in violation of the established limits without the operator's permission.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features may be purchased through a payment provider (including Stripe). Card details and other payment data are processed by the provider under its rules; ChinaBot does not store your full card details on its servers. Refund and subscription renewal terms are determined by the offer at the time of payment and the operator's policy; if you have questions, reach out via the contacts below.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on a third-party ecosystem: Telegram, Steam, Discord, market and game data providers, listing marketplaces, and other websites that links may lead to. We do not control their content, prices, or rules. Verify trades, offers, and listings yourself; beware of phishing. ChinaBot is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
7. Age and Legal Capacity
The Service is intended for users aged 16 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you have reached this age (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). Provisions concerning minors' data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The texts, interface, logos, and other ChinaBot materials are protected by law. Copying and commercial use without the rights holder's consent are prohibited, except as expressly permitted by the project's license.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, decisions made on the basis of signals, or outages of third-party APIs, Steam, Telegram, or data transmission networks.
10. Changes and Termination
Features and pricing may change. Access to the Service may be restricted in the event of a violation of these terms or security requirements.
11. Governing Law
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of your instance of the Service is registered, unless otherwise agreed separately.
